A First Responder Discount Program for Buying or Selling a Home

First responders serve our community. As our way of saying thank you, we give back to these heroes.

Police officers, firefighters and EMTs serve in an incredible capacity every day. In return, we can help them save money when buying or selling a home—an exciting, yet costly milestone.

Through the First Responder Home Discount Program, I have partnered with other industry professionals to give back to the first responder community.

How does the program work?

Based on the value of the home that you are buying or selling, first responders will receive credit from our various partners.

For any first responder who buys or sells a home through Kris Alcorn at Re/Max Results, she will give a credit to the first responder towards their closing costs as well as donate a portion of her earnings to The What Would Stew Dew Fund through The Community Foundation of Frederick County MD, a 501c3 public charity, in memory of Lt. Andrew “Stew” Alcorn IV. This fund will be used in assisting first responders and advocating for children.
